These terms govern your use of acecorpsers.com and the recruitment services provided by Ace Corporate Services, Mumbai (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide recruitment and placement services to employers, including permanent staffing, executive search, management hiring and talent sourcing, across 15+ industries in Mumbai and India. Specific engagement terms — fees, timelines and replacement guarantee periods — are agreed with each client in writing before an assignment begins.

2. Fees & Payment

For permanent placements we generally work on a success-fee basis: fees become payable when a candidate we introduce accepts and joins the role, per the agreed engagement letter. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

3. Replacement Guarantee

Where a replacement guarantee applies, we will source a replacement at no additional placement fee if the candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period, provided fees were paid on time and the departure was not caused by redundancy, restructuring or material change to the agreed role.

4. Client & Candidate Obligations

• Employers must keep candidate details confidential and use them only to evaluate candidates for the discussed roles. Engaging a candidate introduced by us — directly or indirectly, within the agreed protection period — is a placement and attracts the agreed fee.
• Candidates must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
• We act as an introduction service; final hiring decisions and employment terms rest solely with the employer.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Content on this website is owned by Ace Corporate Services and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not use this website unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take care to introduce suitable, screened candidates, but we do not guarantee any candidate’s ongoing performance or conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in relation to any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that assignment.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
